Help, my account has been disabled

In most cases your account has been disabled because it has expired. An account needs to be renewed every year, if it is not renewed it will be disabled.

Normally you will have received multiple notifications your account was about to expire. To renew your account you can follow the instruction on Renewing your account.

Under very exceptional circumstances your account might have been disabled due to security issues or illegal behaviour. You will have been notified about this on your KU Leuven address and/or account address. If this is the case, get into contact with us as soon as possible.
